Storybuilder or Scrivener?

Will Amazon’s free Storybuilder supplant Literature & Latte’s relatively expensive Scrivener story-structuring software? The fact that Storybuilder is cloud-based would seem to be a real plus. I’ve been using Scrivener for more than a year, and I still have my doubts about whether the eventual benefits justify the steep initial learning curve. What’s your experience with Scrivener? Have you found ways to get the most out of it?
